Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions of Entry – please read this document and enclose a signed copy with your entry form. Should this not be enclosed, it will be assumed you are in agreement with content thereof.
The Rotary Club of Kinglake Ranges shall take all reasonable care to reduce any risk, loss or damage to any property or exhibits however the entrant accepts and understands the organisers bear no responsibility for any such loss or damage.
The entrant understands and accepts any damage or loss of any exhibit howsoever and whenever occurring, whether in transit, on display, in storage or otherwise, shall be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
It is a now condition of Rotary Australia that all entries must be accompanied by the signed Release and Indemnity form attached to your entry form. This is not a change of actual conditions, we have always advised on our entry forms that the Rotary Club will take all possible care however it not responsible for any damage. The change is that this must now be issued as a separate document and you must sign that you understand this requirement.
